In order to address our Clients' needs for skilled employees, Barrington Group established an international recruitment service in 1995. We also established an in-house immigration ability to successfully complete all regulatory matters as required by Citizenship and Immigration Canada, Human Resources and Skills Development Canada and Regulatory Bodies of all Provinces for foreign workers in regulated professions. As a result, we are able to complete the recruitment of the correct candidates as well as satisfy all the regulatory requirements of the immigration process in order to get the person into Canada and on the job in short order.

Barrington Group has a track record of being able to obtain approvals from the relevant Federal and Provincial bodies. We personally recruit the experienced employees our Clients need and have them ready to work after taking the work visa application through the process at Human Resources and Skills Development, Citizenship and Immigration and the relevant regulatory bodies. This one stop service of recruitment, regulatory board approval, HRSDC approval and work permit approval is provided in a seamless fashion.

Consistent with our approach of meeting candidates face to face, Barrington Group conducts its own overseas recruitment trips and does not leave the role of recruitment to a foreign recruiter that has not lived and worked in Canada. Instead, we do it ourselves in order to ensure that the candidate is the "right fit" for our Clients' operations. An important part of the selection process is to ensure that the candidate is well informed and will be able to adjust to daily life in Canada.
